Once your registration has been confirmed you will be able to add items to your shopping list and then send the order to us. We will only contact you if there are any problems.
We’ll put the order on our system and will contact you when it is ready for dispatch so that we can take payment from you. Once payment has been received, your goods will be dispatched the same day, or the following working day if payment is received after 3.00pm.
PLEASE NOTE – WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY GIVE CREDIT ACCOUNTS. HOWEVER, YOU CAN APPLY FOR CREDIT AFTER AT LEAST THREE ORDERS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY FULFILLED.
Delivery is usually between 9.00am and 5.00pm the next working day in mainland UK. We use the carrier UK MAIL.
Minimum Order Value
Please note – as from January 1st 2016 we now have a minimum order value of £100.00 net – orders under £300 net are subject to delivery charges. Any address that is not on the UK MAINLAND and all overseas orders are subject to delivery charges.
Orders of £300 or more (excluding VAT) are carriage paid in mainland UK only. Any address that is not on the UK MAINLAND and all overseas orders are subject to delivery charges.
Orders under £300 (excluding VAT) will incur a carriage charge at a flat rate of £15.00 + vat in mainland UK.
Orders being sent to addresses not within mainland UK (eg. Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight etc) or to overseas addresses will incur extra carriage costs which will be quoted and agreed before shipping.
All our prices are exclusive of VAT.
All goods remain the property of T & H Marketing Ltd until payment is made in full.
Damages / shortages – all claims to be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods otherwise claims will be invalid.
T & H Marketing Ltd claim the right to amend product range and prices accordingly. Terms & conditions of sale and suitable references must be agreed before a credit account can be allocated.
